  • “I will use what I learned to support the mental health of others by using the O.L.I.V.E.R. acronym. It’s definitely gonna help me because I can remember it when I need it most”

  • “(A)s a college student myself, the information provided here was simple enough terminology-wise that I was able to use these courses as references to finally be able to explain mental wellness to otherwise very-difficult-to-talk-to parents, and I appreciate the opportunity to be able to do so because of these courses. I’m better equipped now for properly educating those that I love around me and I thank you for that.”

  • “I was actually very informed by both the Mental Health and Rethinking Anxiety course. Both of them are very applicable to everyday life and useful, in fact, I got an opportunity to use what I learned shortly after completing them.”
